Thank You For Taking Me Under Your Wing Greeting Card

I designed this card as a thank you for my son’s swim teacher. I had already illustrated a pool scene last year. With this new teacher I wanted something different. I brainstormed and came up with the idea of a duckling going into the water for the first time. The text says “Thanks for taking me under your wing”. It’s a non-conventional design for a swim teacher, but I think it works really well.

This card can also be customized as a mother’s day card.  The scene can be interpreted as a mother duck looking on as the baby gets ready to enter the water.
